Congress candidate from Mahagama Deepika Pandey Singh has accused BJP candidate Ashok Bhagat of assault. She said that she had gone to a village for campaigning where an attempt was made to stop her people and they were beaten up.

Deepika Pandey Singh has made many serious allegations against her opponent in one post after another. Deepika Pandey Singh said that she wrote on BJP candidate Ashok Bhagat that

“You accused me of creating a ruckus there, whereas the truth is that the pictures say it all. In the pictures, I was sitting peacefully away from you, holding a small child in my lap and talking to people. Perhaps this is what bothered you, that people were talking to me, listening to me, and no one was paying attention to you.”
