Mahakumbh 2025: MP's Vedic clock, Rajasthan's dishes fascinate, dances of Nagaland and Chhattisgarh also became attractions
Prayagraj: The canvas of Mahakumbh has been colored with the cultural diversity of the country. 12 magnificent pavilions from different states of the country have been decorated on the sands of Sangam. Mahakumbhnagar of Uttar Pradesh has become the center of the country. On behalf of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the ministers themselves have distributed invitations in the country and abroad, the wider impact of which is being seen.
Due to the historic efforts of Yogi government, the cultural richness of all the states can be clearly seen together at one place. In Sector 7, you will get to see the confluence of cultures of Dadranagar Haveli, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan including Changlo of Nagaland, Shondol folk dance of Leh.
Madhya Pradesh's tribal Bhagoriya dance caught everyone's attention
This time in Mahakumbh, Madhya Pradesh's pavilion is mesmerizing the audience with attractive presentations of tribal Bhagoria dance. This dance is a part of the Bhagoriya festival celebrated by the tribal communities before Holi, in which colorful costumes, sound of drums and dance of youth playing gulal are making Mahakumbh even more special.
Through this dance, the message of the deep roots of tribal culture and its preservation is also being given. Religious films are also being shown here at an interval of ten days. Apart from this, devotees are entertained with folk dance and musical performances from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Vedic clock becomes attraction of Mahakumbh
The Vedic clock installed in Madhya Pradesh Pavilion remains a center of special attraction for the devotees. This is the world's first clock. This Vedic clock was unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ujjain on 29 February last year. It has been installed outside the pandal.
Devotees enjoying Rajasthani food
In the Mahakumbh, glimpses of Rajasthan's famous forts Hawa Mahal, Jaigarh, Chittor Fort and Vijay Stambh are being shown in the Rajasthan Pavilion. Special food arrangements have been made for the devotees. Queues of people can be seen standing to taste it. Folk music, dance and cultural programs of Rajasthan will continue for 45 days.
Chherchhera dance of Chhattisgarh created a special identity
Garba of Gujarat, Kuchipudi of Andhra Pradesh, Jogini dance of Uttar Pradesh, Chholiya of Uttarakhand and Chherchhera dance of Chhattisgarh are making their special identity on the stage of Mahakumbh. At the same time, mask dance of Dadra Nagar Haveli, Changlo of Nagaland and Shondol of Leh Ladakh are also adding color to the cultural stream of this Mahakumbh.

Confluence of art, literature and cultural richness
The North Central Zone Cultural Center has also promoted the creative development of arts and literature.
