CM Devendra Fadnavis Live: Currently the budget session of Maharashtra is going on. Meanwhile today the Chief Minister of the state Devendra Fadnavis by Budget presented. The budget was approved in the cabinet meeting held earlier. Chief Minister Fadnavis dedicated this year’s budget to Ajit Pawar.
Presenting the budget, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said, “Jab hausla bana liya onchi udaan ka, phir khena fijul hai kad aasman ka… Mumbai-Pune high speed train will increase revenue. It will empower local bodies. Heartfelt thanks to PM Modi for providing high speed train. Progressive, sustainable, inclusive, good governance are the 4 pillars of the budget. A grand memorial to late Ajit Pawar will be built.”
Devendra Fadnavis further said, “A committee will be formed to glorify the work of Mahatma Phulen. Substantial funds will be given to the state in the next 5 years. An integrated ecosystem will be created for farmers. Vasota fort in Satara district is a symbol of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s bravery and strategy. Munavle to Vasota ropeway project is planned for safe and eco-friendly travel of tourists.”
“Infrastructure to be created by capital investment in agriculture sector. Sant Gadgebaba pilgrimage site to be developed. Micro, small, industries to be financially supported. Three stations of bullet train from Thane to Talasari to be completed by 2027. Tourism investment cell to be set up in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore. Gadchiroli emerging as steel hub. Emphasis to increase agriculture GDP of state. Affordable A development plan for 10 lakh houses will be prepared,” said Chief Minister Fadnavis.
Speaking further, Chief Minister Fadnavis said, “Third Mumbai will be developed in the vicinity of Atal Setu. 70 thousand jobs are expected to be created in Gadchiroli. 490 km metro route will be constructed between Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur. Talegaon-Chakan elevated route has been approved. Metro network will be extended. Fourth Mumbai will be developed near Pagaran. Mumbai Airport and Navi Mumbai Airport will be connected by metro.
