These results of Maharashtra Assembly elections have excited the BJP leadership. The oath ceremony of the new government can take place in the state within three days. BJP sources say that the legislature party meeting will be called on Monday i.e. 25th November. After this, the oath ceremony will be organized on 26th itself.
Not only this, there is a plan to organize a joint meeting of Mahayuti on 25th itself. Mahayuti has a lead on 220 seats in the state so far. Meanwhile, celebrations have started in BJP offices from Mumbai to Delhi. Meanwhile, speculations are rife as to who will be the new Chief Minister of the state? When Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis was asked in this regard, he said that a decision regarding this will be taken by sitting together. He said that Mahayuti will together decide this. Eknath Shinde has also not openly replied on this, but his party has definitely staked the claim.
Shiv Sena leader Naresh Mhaske said that 'the people of Maharashtra have expressed confidence in the Mahayuti government. The public is watching what is happening in Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena today. The public has decided that Eknath Shinde is the only capable person who can lead Balasaheb Thackeray's Shiv Sena. The public has slapped Sanjay Raut on his face with their votes. I am a Shiv Sena worker and want him to become the Chief Minister.
Let us tell you that if this trend changes in the results for BJP, then it will be its biggest victory till date in Maharashtra. Earlier in 2014, it had won 122 seats, but then it had won 264 seats.
