Makhana
Milk
Dry Fruits
Ghee
Sugar
Saffron

How to Prepare Makhana Kheer

To prepare Makhana Kheer, first heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of ghee and saffron. Now, fry the Makhana Kheer in hot ghee, remove it, add a little ghee and fry all the dry fruits thoroughly. (raisins, almonds, cashews, pistachios)
Now take out all the dry fruits, put half a cup of water in a pan, heat it. After it boils, add milk to it and cook.
Now grind half the makhana in a grinder and add it to the boiling milk.
Now mix the dry fruits in it and cook it properly. Now add sugar to it and cook it.
When everything is cooked well and becomes thick, then mix the remaining makhana in it and offer it to Lord Shiva and serve it.
