For Pizza Base: 1 cup semolina (rava), half cup fresh curd, salt as per taste and a little water.

Method to make: Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the batter: Mix semolina, curd and salt in a mixing bowl. Prepare a thick batter by adding water little by little. Keep it covered for 15-20 minutes so that the semolina swells. Keep in mind that the batter should neither be too thin nor too thick.

Make the base on the pan: Heat a non-stick pan and apply some butter on it. Now add semolina batter and spread it in a round shape (like a pancake, but a little thicker). Cook on low flame until one side turns golden.
