Film maker Imtiaz Ali surprised fans by unveiling the teaser of his upcoming film Main Vaapas Aaungaa romantic drama set against a historical backdrop. The film features Diljit Dosanjh, Vedang Raina, Sharvari Waghand Naseeruddin Shah in key roles.

A Love Story Set During the Partition Era
The teaser opens with Diljit Dosanjh narrating a story while sitting with his on-screen grandfather, played by Naseeruddin Shah.
He introduces the narrative as a romantic tale that has lived in the character’s mind for 78 years. The story then shifts to a young couple played by Vedang Raina and Sharvari Waghwho appear deeply in love in what looks like pre-partition India.
