Mubarak Hussain, Correspondent Sambhal: A major accident occurred due to dense fog in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. Here a speeding Eicher container crushed four people riding a bike. Police arrived on information and took everyone to the hospital. Where the doctor declared everyone dead. The accident took place near Khajra village on Moradabad-Agra highway in Bahjoi Kotwali area. The reason for this horrific late night road accident is said to be the blanket of fog. Here on the road, a speeding Eicher container truck crushed four people riding on a bike.
In this horrific collision, all four bike riders including the woman died tragically on the spot. It is said that four people riding on a bike were returning from Bahjoi to their destination village Kamalpur. Then the speeding Eicher container truck went out of control and collided with the bikers and meanwhile the truck rammed into a tree on the roadside. It is being said that the collision was so severe that the bike was blown to pieces. All four bike riders were dragged here and there on the road and fell down. There was dense fog on the road during the accident.
The truck and bike driver could not see anything ahead. After the information, police reached the spot and took all the bike riders to Bahjoi Community Health Center. Where the doctor declared all four bike riders dead. Eicher container truck driver is also said to be injured in this accident. The deceased have been identified as Suresh (35), his wife Vimlesh (30), son Prateek (15) and Sanjay (40). All these bike riders are said to be residents of Kamalpur village of Bahjoi police station area. There is mourning in the village due to the death of three members of the same family in this heart-wrenching accident.
