Meanwhile, defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore have suffered a major setback. The team’s star fast bowler Yash Dayal is out for the entire IPL season. Due to personal reasons, he will not be a part of the team in the new season starting from March 28. RCB Cricket Director Mo Bobt has confirmed this.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Cricket Director Mo Bobt has said that Yash Dayal is struggling with personal problems. Due to which he will not be a part of the team. However, his RCB contract will remain in effect and he will get paid. Actually, RCB fast bowler Yash Dayal is embroiled in allegations of misconduct. In one case he is accused of molesting a minor. Legal proceedings are underway regarding these allegations. It is believed that Yash Dayal is out of IPL 2026 due to legal action in these cases. At present, the franchise has given personal reasons behind this.
Let us tell you that Yash Dayal married content creator Shweta Pundir in a private ceremony last month. After which he was in the headlines, but he was missing from everywhere from RCB camp to posters. After which fans started speculating that RCB had fired Dayal. But, now the franchise has clarified that he will not play this season due to personal reasons. Yash Dayal took 13 wickets for RCB, which won the trophy last season. He has proved to be a good death over bowler for the team.
