Whereas the woman and her entire family had settled in Delhi. Giving information about the case, the police said that the woman was murdered due to a property dispute.

Professor did not want to sell ancestral house

Deputy Commissioner Rajeev Kumar said, the accused husband and wife wanted to buy that ancestral house for a long time. The professor’s parents and two siblings were ready to sell him. But the professor did not want to sell her ancestral property under any circumstances. The husband and wife tried to convince her many times but the professor did not agree.

Thinking of removing the fork in the road, the accused planned to murder him. He went from Kolkata to Delhi and returned to Kolkata after killing the woman on Wednesday. Police have said that the husband and wife were arrested from Kolkata and are being brought to Delhi for further questioning.

According to the report of NDTV, the accused murdered Deboshmita in a very vicious manner. He first came to Delhi on the pretext of meeting the deceased. He had brought the weapons with him in his bag. After entering the house they attacked the professor. After killing her, he left the place 30 minutes later. For this a cab was already waiting for them.

The police revealed this murder mystery within just three days. First of all, a list of all the 200 people who came to that building on Wednesday was prepared and out of them, 13 suspects were shortlisted. After this, seven cheats of police conducted raids in many states and interrogated hundreds of people. During this time, the police also took the cab driver into custody and the ride details were taken out to identify the accused and soon the accused were arrested in Burdwan.
