Ingredients needed to make Corn Flour Nachos
– Corn flour – 1 cup
– Wheat flour – 1/4 cup (for binding)
– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
– Salt – as per taste
– Ajwain or cumin – 1/2 tsp (optional)
– Water – as required (to knead the dough)
– oil for frying
How to Make Corn Flour Nachos
1. Kneading the Dough:
1. In a large bowl, add corn flour, wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, and celery.
2. Add oil and mix the ingredients well.
3. Knead a stiff dough by adding water little by little.
4. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
