- small and thick chillies
- one spoon mango powder
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard seeds
- one spoon cumin
- one spoon fenugreek seeds
- one spoon nigella seeds
- turmeric powder
- as per taste
- mustard oil
Chilli pickle recipe
- First of all, wash the chillies and cut them lengthwise.
- Now heat a pan and add fenugreek, cumin and nigella seeds and fry lightly.
- Now add chopped chillies and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes so that the moisture in the chillies gets released.
- After this, add ground mustard seeds, turmeric, salt and mango powder to it.
- Now add 2 spoons of mustard oil and cook on low flame with the spices so that the flavors dissolve well in the oil.
- Your chilli pickle is ready in a few minutes.
