Ingredients for Eggless Chocolate Cream Roll

For Chocolate Sponge Cake:
– Flour – 1 cup
– Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
– Powdered sugar – 3/4 cup
– Baking powder – 1 tsp
– Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
– Thick curd – 1/2 cup
– Milk – 1/2 cup
– Butter (melted) – 1/4 cup
– Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

For Chocolate Cream:
– Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
– Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
– Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
– Chocolate Chips – 2 tbsp (optional)

For garnish:
– Melted dark chocolate – 2 tbsp
– Powdered sugar (optional)

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cream Roll

Preparation of Chocolate Sponge Cake:
1. Prepare the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the dry ingredients: Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl.
3. Prepare the wet mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, powdered sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Prepare the mixture: Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well so that no lumps remain.
5. Bake: Spread the batter in a thin layer on a baking tray (lined with butter paper). Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until the cake is slightly spongy and cooked through.
6. Roll: Take out the cake and roll it gently with butter paper and let it cool.

1. Beat cold whipping cream until thick.
