Potato Parathas From Millet Flour: Everyone likes potato parathas and in the cold season, it is a pleasure to get hot parathas for breakfast. But if you want to make this paratha a little healthy, then you can make potato paratha with millet flour. Today we will tell you its simple recipe.

Material
Bajra flour – 2 cups
Boiled potatoes – 2 medium (mashed)
Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Green Coriander – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Cumin – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Lukewarm water – as required
Ghee or oil – for baking
Method
- Take millet flour in a big vessel. Add salt and cumin in it. Now add mashed potatoes, green chillies, ginger, coriander and all the dry spices and mix well.
- Knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water little by little. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Now take a ball of dough and gently roll the paratha with your hands or with the help of a rolling pin (use dry flour if necessary).
- Put the paratha on a hot pan and apply ghee or oil on both the sides and cook till it turns golden. Prepare all the parathas in the same way. Serve hot millet-potato paratha with curd, white butter, green chutney or pickle.
