Rice – As per requirement for two people 1 large and finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 10 to 15 cashew nuts, 1 carrot large chopped, 1 large tomato finely chopped, 1 cup cauliflower cut into large pieces, 2 potatoes cut into large pieces, 1 capsicum large chopped, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 green chillies, 2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, green coriander, 1 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste

  • To make this, first wash the rice thoroughly. Now keep it in water for half an hour to swell.
  • Cut that much cabbage, carrot, onion and whatever vegetables you want to add to it. after this garlic ginger paste Make it.
  • Now put ghee in the cooker and heat it. After this, add all the spices, onion and all the whole spices and fry.
  • On the other hand, fry cashew nuts in a pan. When the onion turns a little brown, add chopped tomatoes to it and fry it on low flame.

    Now add all the vegetables and mix. After frying it for five minutes, put the rice in the cooker and mix it well.

  • Now add water and finely chopped green coriander as per requirement. Mix it and cover the cooker lid.
  • Keep it for 3 whistles and then turn off the gas. Open the cooker after 10 to 15 minutes. Cashews can also be added to it.
