To make Shikanji powder, you will need—

  • Common salt (1 tbsp)
  • Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
  • Roasted cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  • Beetroot (1 tbsp)
  • Dry powdered mint leaves/store bought mint powder (1 tbsp)
  • Chaat masala (1 teaspoon)
  • Purchased or homemade ginger powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Sugar powder (1 teaspoon)

Mix it all together. Increase or decrease the amount of jaggery or sweetness according to taste. Store in an airtight glass jar. You have to be aware that water should not get in any way. While eating, first take lemon in a glass of cold water. Then mix one spoon of shikanji masala well. Life will increase, body will cool from inside.
