  • Wheat flour- 2 cups
  • Fennel – half teaspoon
  • Ghee or oil – for frying

  • First of all, wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and boil them in the cooker.
  • Once the sweet potatoes have cooled, peel them.
  • Now mash the sweet potatoes well with your hands in the vessel.
  • Add wheat flour, one spoon ghee and fennel seeds to mashed sweet potatoes.
  • After this, mix all these things well without adding water and knead.
  • If needed, add milk or water little by little. Cover the dough and let it set for 10-15 minutes.
  • After the dough sets, make small balls of it.
