Ingredients required to make Paneer Kali Mirch
1. 250 grams cheese
2. 2 tbsp oil

3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4. 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
5. 1 onion (finely chopped)
6. 10 cashews (roasted)
7. 1/2 tablespoon oil (for roasting the masala)
8. 1/4 cup curd
9. 1/4 tbsp garam masala
10. 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
11. 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
12. Salt (as per taste)
13. 3/4 black pepper (ground)
14. 3 tbsp cream
15.1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
How to make Paneer Pepper
To make Paneer Kali Mirch, first cut the paneer into small pieces. Now add oil in a pan and fry the paneer lightly. When the paneer gets fried lightly, take it off the gas and take it out in a plate. Now Again put oil in a pan and heat it on gas. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, onion and cashew nuts and fry lightly.
When everything is roasted, remove it from the gas and grind it in a mixer after it cools down. Now again pour oil in a pan, add the ground paste and fry for a while. When the paste is lightly roasted, add curd, coriander to it. Add powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add water as required, add ground black pepper and cream and cook while mixing. When the gravy is ready, add Kasuri Methi on top and take it off the gas. Now add cheese in a vessel and pour the gravy made on top. Add it and serve it hot.
