4 teaspoon oil

1 onion

8 – 10 garlic cloves

3 tsp schezwan sauce

2 tsp tomato sauce

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 inches ginger

a bowl of green onion

half carrot

1 capsicum

half bowl cabbage

2 teaspoon vinegar

salt as per taste

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

6 cups water

1 teaspoon oil

half teaspoon salt

according to frying oil

1 packet hakka noodles

When 6 cups of water boils, add salt and oil and boil the noodles.

Do not cook the noodles completely, rather cook it only 70 percent, only then the Chinese Bhel becomes crispy.

After the noodles are 70 percent cooked, take them out of the hot water and put them directly into cold water.

After some time, take out the noodles and keep them in a strainer to drain the water. After the noodles are completely dry, take small amounts of noodles and fry them in hot oil.

Flip gently and fry it on both sides until it turns golden brown.

Spread the fried noodles on butter paper to remove excess oil.

After all the noodles are fried, crush them a little and keep them aside.

Fry garlic and ginger in hot oil.

After this add dry and green onion and fry for 1 minute.

After onion, fry carrots, capsicum and cabbage, keep in mind that all these vegetables should be kept crisp.

Now add Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar along with black pepper powder and a little salt.
