Know what material is needed

1 liter sugarcane juice
150 grams rice
half chopped coconut
half bowl peanuts
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
5 to 6 finely chopped cashews
5 to 6 finely chopped almonds
5 to 6 finely chopped pistachios
2 teaspoon raisins

Make sugarcane kheer with this easy method

1- To make sugarcane juice kheer, first soak the rice for 15 minutes.
2-Take a pan and cook sugarcane juice in it for 15 minutes.
3- When the sugarcane juice boils, the impurities will also come up.
4- Remove the impurity gently with the help of a spoon.
5-After removing the impurities, put the soaked rice in sugarcane juice.
Cook the sugarcane juice and rice for 6-15 minutes.

7- Now take another pan and fry dry chopped coconut and peanuts in it until they become light brown.
8- Add coconut and peanuts to the kheer and mix.
