Material:
– 1 bowl white sesame seeds
– ½ bowl semolina
– ¼ cup desi ghee
– half bowl sugar
– 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
– ¼ bowl dry fruits
Method of preparation:
To make sesame pudding, first clean the white sesame seeds and soak them in water for about 7-8 hours. Then make a smooth paste of it and keep it aside. Add ghee, semolina and sesame paste in a pan and fry well until it turns golden. Then add sugar powder and water and boil it. Keep stirring the halwa continuously so that there are no lumps in the halwa. When the pudding becomes thick, add cardamom and dry fruits to it and serve hot.
Sesame-millet laddu
Although sesame laddu is made with khoya, but to make it in a different style, you can use millet. Millet and sesame laddus are a traditional dish and are very healthy and tasty.
Material:
– 1 bowl white sesame seeds
– 100 grams peanuts
– 400 grams jaggery
– 2 tablespoons desi ghee
– 250 grams millet flour
– ½ bowl dry fruits
Method of preparation:
To make laddus, first roast sesame, peanuts and flour separately. Peel the roasted peanuts and put them in a mixer and grind them coarsely. Then prepare two strings of syrup by adding about one and a half glasses of water and sugar in a pan. Now add ground peanuts, millet flour, ghee, sesame seeds and dry fruits and shape them into laddis. Keep in mind that make these laddus with hot syrup only. Once the syrup cools down, there may be difficulty in tying the laddus.

Method of preparation:
To make Poli, firstly knead the flour/flour by adding some ghee into it and keep it aside. Then roast the sesame seeds and grind them and add 2 spoons of ghee, jaggery powder and cardamom to it. Bake a round roti of the dough and fill it with the sesame mixture. Like filling paranthas with potatoes. Then roll the roti and apply ghee and bake it on the pan till it becomes crisp. Serve poli hot.
