Ingredients to make Masala Khichdi Balls
- leftover khichdi
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- canola oil for frying

How to make Khichdi Masala Balls
- Mix all the ingredients (remaining khichdi, gram flour, ginger-chilli paste, onion, green coriander, sesame seeds and salt) together in a bowl.
- Prepare a good mix and shape it into balls. If you want, you can shape it as per your choice.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the balls in it until they turn golden.
- Spread absorbent paper on the plate. Take out the fried balls on it.
- Serve Masala Khichdi Balls with hot tea and sweet-sour chutney.
