Make urad and rice flour pharays on Karva Chauth.

Life Style: Karva Chauth fast will be on 20th October, Sunday. On this occasion, she prepares rice flour and oral at home. These fruits are tasty and healthy. Very few ingredients are required to make it and you can easily find it at home. I will show you how to make mochi at home.

1 cup rice flour, salt as per taste, 50 grams chana dal, 2 tablespoons ghee, 1 tablespoon oil, 50 grams urad dal, 2 chopped green red chillies, 1 teaspoon ginger, half teaspoon grated red chilli powder, turmeric powder. – 1/4 tsp, Coriander powder – 1 tsp, Green coriander – finely chopped, Cumin – 1/4 tsp, Mustard – 1/4 tsp

Turn on the gas, place a deep bowl and pour a glass of water into it. Then add 2 tablespoons of ghee and salt in water and boil the water. When water boils, add rice flour to it. Turn off the gas and leave the lid on for 5 minutes. The water gets absorbed into the flour. After 5 minutes, apply some oil on your hands and make a paste by adding 2 to 3 spoons of water as required.

Soak garam dal and urad dal in a container and keep it for 5 to 6 hours. – After the stipulated time, grind chana dal and urad dal in a coarse blender. Add finely chopped capsicum, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and green coriander and mix well. Farah's filling is now complete.

Then make small balls of the dough and keep them in a container with a lid. Then roll each ball like a small puri. Fill the center with ingredients and fold in half. Like Gujhiya, there is no need to close it completely, just press it. Prepare all the rounds in the same manner.
