- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped pistachios

How To Make Malai Sandwich
- First of all, heat the milk in a big vessel, when the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame.
- Slowly add lemon juice to the milk and stir gently, the milk will curdle and the cheese and water will separate.
- Strain the paneer in a cotton cloth and wash with clean water to remove the lemon flavor.
- Tie the cloth and hang it for 20 minutes so that the excess water drains out.
- Put water and sugar in a vessel.
- Boil it on medium flame and add cardamom.
- When the sugar dissolves completely, slow down the gas.
- Mash the prepared paneer well so that it becomes soft.
- Make small round or oval shapes from the cheese.
- Drop these paneer balls in sugar syrup and cook for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove the paneer from the syrup and let it cool.
- Prepare a creamy mixture by mixing cream, sugar and cardamom in a vessel.
- Cut the paneer pieces from the middle and fill them with cream filling.
- Garnish with pistachios and serve chilled.
