New Delhi. There is a wave of mourning in the entire country on the demise of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Seven days of national mourning has been declared in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Manmohan Singh's residence and paid homage to him. Also said, we all are saddened by the demise of former PM Manmohan Singh. His departure is a big shock for the country. Manmohan Singh's life is an example for future generations as to how they can overcome all challenges and reach great heights.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, the demise of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh ji has brought deep pain to the hearts of all of us. His passing is a great loss for us as a nation. He further said, he will be remembered as a noble human being, as an economist and as a leader dedicated to reforms. Today, in this difficult time, I express my condolences to his family. I pay tribute to Dr. Manmohan Singh ji on behalf of all the countrymen.
