Tejashwi Publications registered this apartment on 16 February 2026. Tejashwi’s new apartment is around 121. 14 square meters is approximately 1,304 square feet in area. It also includes two reserved parking slots. According to the registration documents, a stamp duty of around Rs 38.15 lakh has been paid for this transaction. According to the agreement, possession of the apartment is expected by November 2030.
