Heat starts increasing in March, mercury will reach 33°C in Delhi, heat like conditions in UP-Bihar; it will rain on the mountains

The month of March has started, and the weather is now slowly changing its colour. In the morning, a slight cold is still felt, as if a memory of the old winter is left, but as soon as the afternoon comes, the sun comes out so bright and clear that it becomes clear that winter is now saying goodbye. In many states the temperature has already risen well above normal, and the heat is beginning to be felt.

Today the sky will be very clear and blue throughout the day in the country’s capital Delhi. There was light fog in the morning, but it cleared as soon as the sun came up. The minimum temperature today will be around 14 to 16 degrees Celsius, which means it will feel a little cool in the morning. But the maximum temperature can reach 31 to 33 degrees, due to which the afternoon will feel very hot. According to the Meteorological Department, the situation will be the same in Delhi tomorrow on March 2, there will be good sunshine, the sky will be clear and there will be no major change in the temperature.

Now the heat has started tormenting in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar

Winter is almost over in Uttar Pradesh now. The Meteorological Department says that the temperature may increase by 2 to 4 degrees in the next few days, due to which the maximum temperature of the day will reach close to 35 degrees. From March 1 to March 4, strong winds of 20-30 kilometers per hour may blow here. There is no hope of rain right now, only heat and dryness will increase. The situation in Bihar is almost the same. Now not only the days but also the nights have started feeling hot here. People are running fans at night. According to IMD, the temperature will increase by 2 to 3 degrees in the next 3 days, due to which the feeling of heat will become stronger.

Heat is increasing in Rajasthan

Now winter seems to be completely behind in many areas of Rajasthan. Recently, Barmer was the hottest, where the temperature reached 35.2 degrees. Alwar was the coldest, where the minimum temperature was around 10 degrees. The weather here will remain completely dry and clear for the next 4-5 days. The temperature will gradually increase further. However, a new Western Disturbance on March 4 may slightly affect the north-eastern parts of the state, causing mild weather changes or slight rains, but it will remain hot at most places for now.

Cold still persists in Uttarakhand and Himachal

The effect of cold still persists in the high altitude areas of Uttarakhand, although the temperature is 3-5 degrees higher than normal. On March 4, the day of Holika Dahan, a new western disturbance may become active, which may bring some changes in the weather. Like possibility of cloud cover or light rain/snowfall. But there is no major rain alert yet. Even in Himachal Pradesh, cold is still being felt. Between March 4 and 6, there may be light rain and snowfall in higher areas, which may provide some relief.

In which states will the temperature rise further?

The temperature in most parts of North-West India this week is going to be 3-5 degrees above normal. In Konkan, Goa and Gujarat, between March 4 and 6, along with heat, humidity will also increase significantly, which will cause sweating and it may be difficult to go out. The temperature in Maharashtra will increase rapidly by 3-4 degrees in the next 5 days. In many parts of North-East India and South India, the temperature is likely to rise by 2-4 degrees in the next few days.
