Maruti Suzuki: It is all set to launch its new generation Dzire in the Indian market. This popular compact sedan will come with more features and better mileage than before. Many features of this car have been revealed before the launch, and its booking has also started. The new Maruti Dzire will be launched in India on 11 November 2024. Maruti Suzuki: exterior design

The look of the new Maruti Dzire will now be quite attractive and different from Swift. It has a large grill with new horizontal slats, which looks completely different from the honeycomb grill of Swift. LED units and sleek headlights have been provided in its front, while the fog lamps have been given a new design.

The car has chrome strips, stylish Audi-inspired headlamps and a large hexagonal grille, which will have six horizontal slats. The side profile shows new skinned panels and raised shoulder lines. Its alloy wheels will also be introduced with a new design, where the higher variants will have alloy wheels with diamond-cut pattern.

At the rear, square tail-lamps are provided with 3D Trinity LED elements. The design of the boot-lid and rear bumper has received a slight change, although some new styling elements have been added to its lower part.

Interior and Features

The interior of the new Dzire has also been made luxurious. It will have a beige and brown theme with a four-shade layout, premium finishes like faux wood trims and brushed aluminium. It will be provided with a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro Plus infotainment system, which will have the facility of wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

For the first time, the new Dzire will get a factory-fitted single-pane sunroof. Apart from this, the higher variants will get features like 360-degree camera, cruise control, rear AC vent, and rear center armrest. For safety, it has been provided with features like six airbags, ESP, hill hold assist, brake assist with ABS, three-point seat belts for all seats and ISOFIX mounts.

Maruti Suzuki: Engine and Performance

The new Maruti Dzire will get a Z-series engine, which will include a 1.2-litre three-cylinder Z12E petrol engine. This engine will generate power of 82 hp and torque of 111.7 Nm. It will be offered with the option of five-speed manual and five-speed AMT gearbox.

Talking about mileage, this car will give a mileage of 24.79 km/liter in manual variant and 25.71 km/liter in automatic variant, due to which it will prove to be very economical in its category.

However, exact information about the price of the new Maruti Dzire is not yet available, but it is expected that it may be around Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 more than the current model. Its exact price will be revealed only after launch.
