Masala Oats Veggie Burgers Recipe
Masala Oats Veggie Burgers is a burger recipe that you can make for kids. This healthy recipe can also be tried by weight loss people who want to eat something tasty.
1 large chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 cup oats
3/4 cup boiled red kidney beans
1 medium sized grated carrot
1/2 tbsp refined oil
2 lettuce loose-leaf
1 tbsp mustard paste
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 cup black eyed beans
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
4 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon salt
2 Whole Wheat Buns Step 1
Soak rajma for a few hours and then cook it with black eyed beans until soft.
Step 2
Heat a pan and sauté the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt for a few minutes until they become translucent but not browned. Then add tomato puree, garam masala, chilli powder and boil for 3 minutes.

Mash the beans in a large bowl. Add carrots, mustard, garam masala, cooked mixture and oats. Mix well and then shape the mixture into patties

Heat a nonstick or cast-iron pan and add oil. Cook the patties over medium heat for four to five minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Spread the cooked mixture on whole wheat buns, some soy sauce and salad leaves and serve.
