It is alleged that a 15-year-old teenager from the same village carried out this heinous incident.

As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police came into action and on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s father, a case has been registered against the accused under sections of POCSO Act and rape. The girl has been sent for medical examination, while the search for the accused teenager has been intensified.

The accused lured him to an empty plot by luring him with toffee.

The victim’s father told the police that he had gone to work in the morning, while his 5-year-old daughter was playing outside the house. Meanwhile, a 15-year-old teenager living in the neighborhood came to the girl and lured her with toffee and took her to a nearby vacant plot. There he committed the crime of rape with an innocent child. This incident is said to have happened around 10 in the morning. After the incident, the accused fled from the spot.

After returning home he narrated his ordeal to his mother, then the matter reached the police.

Some time after the incident, the girl returned home and tearfully told her entire ordeal to her mother. The mother immediately called her husband and informed him about the incident. When the father reached home, the girl clearly told that Kishore called her on the pretext of giving her toffee and did wrong things with her by taking her to an empty plot. After this the father directly reached Farah police station and lodged a written complaint against the accused.

Case registered under POCSO Act, search for accused continues

CO Refinery Anil Kaparwan confirmed the matter and said, “In view of the seriousness of the matter, a case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO Act. Medical examination of the victim is being conducted and further legal action is being taken against the accused juvenile.” Police say that the accused will be arrested soon. At the same time, after the incident, there is an atmosphere of tension in the village and police surveillance has been increased.
