Mathura’s ‘Meera’ becomes Pakistan’s spy! Used to collect information by driving e-rickshaw, name is also linked to arms smuggling

Ghaziabad: Ghaziabad Police of Uttar Pradesh has arrested 30-year-old Meera Prajapati of Mathura on charges of endangering the security of the country. She used to collect information about sensitive places while working as a common e-rickshaw driver. According to the police, no one even suspected him in this work. Meera is also known by the name Hariya.

Rickshaw used to run on sensitive routes

Meera used to cover the route from Mathura’s Tech intersection to the refinery, which is called the Municipal Corporation’s route number 9. There are important places on this route like the District Magistrate’s office, big government offices, Army’s Strike-1 headquarters and Mathura Refinery. For several months, she used to drive an e-rickshaw on the same route, watching activities and making photo-videos while avoiding the prying eyes of people.

On March 22, Ghaziabad Police detained Naushad of Bihar and a minor along with Meera. During interrogation, it was revealed that they used to take photographs of sensitive places and send them to Pakistan. In return he used to get 4 to 6 thousand rupees. Police claim that Meera was associated with a Pakistani handler and was involved in leaking confidential information of the country.

Separated from husband, support of children brother

Meera is the mother of two young daughters. After the arrest, the girls are living at her brother’s house. Neighbors told that she was living in Mahadev Nagar Baghel locality of Aurangabad for the last one year. Now his house is locked. Meera’s husband works as a confectioner, but their relationship was not good, so they lived separately.

Meera was earlier accused of arms smuggling and has also gone to jail. Despite this, she got involved in serious activities like espionage. The investigation into this matter is now being taken forward and security agencies are trying to get to the bottom of this entire network.
