When Dhirendra Shastri announced the yatra, Maulana left his bow and arrow and said, 'There should be no riot…Muslims instigate'

Bareilly: Dhirendra Shastri is taking out a padyatra from Bageshwar Dham in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh to Khajuraho. This yatra will continue from 21st November till 29th November. During this, Dhirendra Shastri will travel a distance of 160 kilometers with the saints and followers of Sanatan Dharma. It is being told that the purpose of this yatra is to “eliminate the discrimination of caste and class in India and awaken the feeling that Sanatan Hindus are one.”

Now this Padyatra of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri seems to be stuck in controversies. Actually, National President of All India Muslim Jamaat, Maulan Mufti Shahabuddin Barelvi has expressed the fear of riots due to this visit.

'There is a possibility of riots during Dhirendra Krishna Shastri's visit'

Maulana Mufti issued a statement on Thursday saying that the visit of Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham will be a hate-filled visit. In this the slogan of making our country a Hindu nation will be given. Baba Ji has a 160 km long journey, I fear that there might be a riot. Because he always kept speaking against Muslims, kept threatening Muslims. Kept announcing to make the country a Hindu nation.

Yatra started with national anthem and Hanuman Chalisa

Let us tell you that the journey to Bageshwar Dham started on Thursday morning. The tricolor was hoisted during this march and the national anthem was also sung. After this the yatra was started with the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa. Apart from a large number of sages and saints, common people are also included in this yatra along with Dhirendra Shastri.

Dhirendra converted Muslims

Maulana has accused Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of converting Muslims into Hindus. He said that Dhirendra Shastri has converted more than 100 people. On many occasions he has also threatened Muslims. His personality is controversial. He has expressed apprehension that this yatra might become communal. He said that our country is a democratic country. It can neither be a Hindu nation nor a Muslim nation.

'Travel should be banned'

Maulana has demanded from the Madhya Pradesh government that strict security arrangements should be made at the place where this yatra passes. He also said that it would be better if his travel was banned.
