Meerut’s Damini turns out to be more vicious than ‘blue drum smile’! Husband murdered for insurance of Rs 20 lakh and lover

Meerut: A sensational murder case that came to light from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh has shocked everyone. According to the police, a woman living in Hastinapur area conspired with her alleged lover to murder her husband. It is alleged that first the husband was given intoxicants and then a poisonous snake was left on his bed, due to which he died. Police claim that the insurance amount of Rs 20 lakh and alleged love affair were the major reasons behind the murder.

Initially death was thought to be an accident

Deceased Atul Panwar used to run the local Krishna Kids Play School. In the initial investigation, his death was considered to be a normal incident due to snake bite, but the police found some such things in the incident place and circumstances, after which the scope of investigation was expanded.

Alleged conspiracy revealed in investigation

According to the police, mobile call records and other evidence were examined during the investigation. After this, allegations came to light that the deceased’s wife Damini had an alleged love affair with the school driver Tushar alias Nikki. Police say that both of them first tried to commit murder through road accident, but when they failed, they made another plan.

It is alleged that Damini first gave intoxicated milk to her husband and after he became unconscious, she left a poisonous snake on the bed. Atul died due to snake bite and an attempt was made to show it as a natural accident.

Insurance amount also became the alleged reason

Police claim that the deceased had insurance worth about Rs 20 lakh in his name. The investigation also raised suspicions that this entire conspiracy was hatched to get the insurance money and to carry forward the alleged love affair.

Both accused arrested

Police have arrested wife Damini and her alleged lover Tushar in the case. Interrogation of both is going on and other aspects of the case are also being investigated. At present the police say that action has been taken on the basis of evidence collected during the investigation. The allegations are yet to be proved in the court.
