When Farheen entered into Bollywood, she was often compared to superstar Madhuri Dixit due to her striking resemblance to the Beta actress. Farheen rose to fame following the release of her debut film, with media dubbing her ‘Madhuri Dixit No.2.’

Farheen became a renowned name in the 90s, but she chose to step from acting at the height of her career to focus on her personal life. She fell madly in love with Manoj Prabhakar and quit acting after marrying the star Indian cricketer. Having grown up in a broken family, Farheen was determined to make her marriage successful, which appears to have been the main reason behind her decision to leave acting and full dedicate herself to her family.

Reportedly, Farheen once shared the reason behind her decision to marry Manoj Prabhakar. She revealed in an interview that, at a young age, she had decided to marry a Hindu, as he had lost faith in Muslim men due to her father’s multiple marriages. In an earlier interview, Farheen revealed that she met the former cricketer at a gym in 1993. She regularly visited the gym while Manoj was there for treatment. At that time, Manoj Prabhakar was a married man with a son but was facing issues in the relationship.

Currently, Farheen lives in Delhi with her husband and their two children Raahil and Manavansh. According to a report by News 18, her stepson also lives with them with his wife and child.
