He comes from a small village in Maharashtra, Harshal pursued his MBA in Marketing at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. After working with Wipro Limited and Niyuj, Harshal identified a gap in how companies managed lead generation. This inspired him to launch BTB Venture.

Initially, Harshal leveraged his network to land the company’s first five clients. Over time, positive word-of-mouth and referrals fueled growth, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, when BTB helped enterprises transition to remote sales with customized solutions.
