It is not just one movie where Waheeda played both the roles. Amitabh and Waheeda worked in the 1976 films ‘Adalat’ and ‘Kabhi Kabhie’. In both these films, the veteran actress romanced Big B. Two years, later, in 1978, the film ‘Trishul’ was released, where Waheeda played the role of Bachchan’s mother. Apart from this, Waheeda Rehman also played the role of Amitabh’s mother in the film ‘Coolie’. Waheeda Rehman became a leading actress of her time.
