Meet woman, who rejected Rs 1 crore job to start her own business, now owns a company worth…

Operating from Noida with a dedicated 20-member team, the company is now a recognized platform in the recruitment space.

Aarushi Agarwal’s journey is a remarkable example of following one’s passion over financial security. Despite receiving two job offers worth Rs. 1 crore each, Aarushi chose to pursue entrepreneurship, founding TalentDecrypt, a platform that has now grown into a Rs. 50 crore company in just three years. Based in Ghaziabad’s Nehru Nagar, her startup has supported over 1 million job seekers and operates across the US, Germany, Singapore, and the UAE.

Aarushi’s path to success began with her B-Tech and M-Tech from JP Institute, complemented by an internship at IIT Delhi. Driven by a desire to help students struggling with placements, she taught herself coding in 2018. In 2020, with an initial investment of just Rs. 1 lakh, she launched TalentDecrypt amidst the pandemic. The platform stands out for its secure virtual assessments, designed to prevent cheating, and has established partnerships with over 380 companies to connect job seekers with employment opportunities.

Aarushi’s story has become a source of inspiration, especially for those looking to make an impact in their field by prioritizing purpose over profit.

TalentDecrypt is a startup platform that revolutionizes tech hiring processes and streamlines recruitment workflows for companies. Its goal is to ensure that candidate coders are a perfect fit for the roles they are being considered for.

Since its launch, TalentDecrypt has become a trusted name in tech recruitment, especially popular among young coding professionals. By hosting hackathons and skill assessments tailored to employer needs, TalentDecrypt effectively bridges the gap between talent and opportunity. One of Aarushi Agarwal’s key innovations is a security feature that prevents candidates from using unauthorized devices during assessments, which strengthens the integrity of remote hiring.

Operating from Noida with a dedicated 20-member team, TalentDecrypt is now a recognized platform in the recruitment space. Aarushi’s accomplishments were recently celebrated by NITI Aayog, which honored her as one of India’s top 75 women entrepreneurs.

She credits her grandfather, IITian Omprakash Gupta, as her inspiration. Aarushi said, “The risk was worth it.”
