Meeting held for testing and resolution of parking account at District Cooperative Headquarters, instructions given to concerned

A meeting was held on Friday at the cooperative headquarters located at Vikas Bhawan regarding the examination and settlement of parking funds in the cooperative societies having parking accounts of Sonbhadra district.

In the meeting, Vivek Kumar Gupta, team member of State Monitoring Unit of Commissioner and Registrar Office, Lucknow, said that BPAX ​​secretaries should pay special attention to the five indicators of EPAX. Proper and continuous monitoring of the financial system in BPAX ​​is necessary. If opening and closing is not done regularly, there is often a possibility of financial irregularities due to ignorance and carelessness.

In this sequence, Assistant Commissioner Sonbhadra Devendra Kumar Singh said that all the secretaries and officers should carefully follow the advice of Vivek Gupta. He further said that if any doubt or problem arises in feeding all the secretaries, then they should inform the concerned ADO, ADCO and the district office.

During the meeting, Secretary/General Manager District Cooperative Bank Rajkumar Yadav directed everyone to ensure 100 percent DDE of first and second phase BPACS of the district within two days.

Mainly ADCO Sadar Awadhesh Singh, ADCO Banking Doctor Suresh Kumar, ADCO Duddhi Ajay Kumar, Deputy General Manager Manjusha, Satyaprakash, ADO Akhilesh Kumar, Santesh Rai, Manoj Kumar, Anil Sharma, Branch Manager Pramod Rai, Arvind Kumar, Ram Govind, Hukum Singh, Shashikant etc. were present in the meeting.
