Memorandum given demanding recovery of pensioners' pension for 10 years instead of 15 years

Jaunpur. According to the announced program of Retired Employees and Pensioners Association, Uttar Pradesh, under the chairmanship of District President CB Singh in the district, a general meeting was held in front of the pensioners office located in the Collectorate premises, to end the recovery of pension amount in ten years and the pensioners who have been paid for more than years, be returned.
Along with this, the in-principle agreement regarding increase in pension of pensioners by 5, 10 and 15 percent at the age of sixty-five, seventy-five and seventy-five years respectively should be implemented. A protest was organized under the banner of Pensioners Association regarding these two demands.
Addressing the meeting, District Minister Rajbali read the memorandum and after narrating it to all the pensioners, he proposed to pass it, which was passed by the general meeting by voice vote. Thereafter, the representative of the District Magistrate, Deputy District Magistrate Machhilshahr Shailendra, received the memorandum addressed to the Honorable Prime Minister, Government of India and Honorable Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
The general meeting was mainly addressed by Senior Vice President Rajendra Prasad Singh, Ramkesh Yadav, K.K. Tripathi, Dinesh Kumar Singh, Kripashankar Upadhyay, Gorakhnath Mali, V.B. Expressed resolve for continued struggle. District Minister Rajbali Yadav conducted the meeting.
