According to the report, it is being said that Meta's Chief Executive Officer i.e. CEO Mark Zuckerberg has said in an internal letter sent to his employees that he wants to increase the level of performance management and those with low performance will be thrown out rapidly. .
Will expel 3600 employees
Bloomberg News reports that according to recent information, approximately 72,000 employees work in Meta. Out of which 5 percent means 3,600 employees are going to be laid off. Menlo Park, California-based Meta is the parent company of Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads and Instagram.

In this Bloomberg report, it is being said that the laborers in America who will be affected will be informed about this on January 10. After this statement of Mark Zuckerberg, Meta India immediately reacted and apologized. Meta India Vice President Shivnath Thukral has apologized for the criticism of Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and said that Mark Zuckerberg's statement in which he had said that the ruling parties of many countries had lost the elections in the year 2024, this statement should be applicable to other countries.
