blanch with lemon
To remove the bitterness of fenugreek leaves, blanch them with lemon. For this, boil water in a pan, add fenugreek leaves and let it heat for one to two minutes. After this, squeeze half a lemon in it and add salt along with it, and now let it heat slightly. After this, take out the bhaji from this water and wash it with cold water two to three times. This will remove the bitterness of the bhaji.
Methi Bhaji: Mix with other vegetables
If you make only sweet dish then you may feel bitterness in it, but if you make sweet dish by mixing it with other vegetables then you do not feel bitterness from it. Make sweet dish by mixing it with carrots, potatoes, peas. These other vegetables absorb the bitterness to some extent.
