Importance of pitch conditions

Paras also discussed the change of pitch and its impact. He said, “Mumbai has a red clay pitch, where there is bounce and players can play square cuts and pull shots easily. In Delhi, the black clay pitch has less bounce and the bowlers have to use different areas.”

working with young players

Mhambrey also shed light on the process of working with young players Ashwani Kumar and Mohammad Izhar. He said, “First of all, thanks should go to the scouts who see the sporting potential of these young talents. I put myself in their shoes and think about what I was feeling when I was starting out and how I would have handled the pressure and failures. This helps me understand their mindset and find the right way to communicate.”
