How to make ghee tea
Add tea leaves to a cup of boiling water.
Add one tablespoon ghee in the blender. Keep in mind that consumption of desi ghee made from the milk of grass-fed cows is considered more beneficial.
Add two strands of saffron along with ghee. It is great for the skin, has zero carbs and is also considered a natural antibiotic.
Strain the boiled water along with the tea leaves in a blender and blend everything. Blending makes the tea slightly frothy.
Ghee tea can be made easily even without a blender. Add tea leaves to water, boil it and filter it in a cup. Then add one tablespoon ghee and mix.
Ghee tea is ready, serve it hot.
