Meanwhile, UP government minister Surya Pratap Shahi claimed BJP's victory in the Milkipur by-election. He said that, breaking all the records, lotus will bloom here. Congress imposed emergency on the country. It is unfortunate that the Congress which put Mulayam Singh Yadav in jail, the SP is supporting him. These people are now creating rumours, rumors work once and not again and again. These people have been robbing the rights of the general public.
