In the yellow letter written on December 8, it was asked to immediately cancel the tenders of the Rural Works Department and the Rural Works Special Division, but no order has been issued yet at the departmental level. In such a situation the tenders could not be cancelled. Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana is implemented under the Rural Works Department. Tenders were floated for a large number of these schemes, but even after a long time, they could not be finalized. The work of rural bridges is done by special division. Engineers told that the validity of the bid is 180 days. After this period passes, it is to be canceled, although till now it is being discussed because the technical and financial bids of many tenders were opened. In such a situation, discussions are being held as to what further decision is appropriate.
