Mishi Khan criticises Imad Wasim over second marriage

Pakistani actress and television host Mishi Khan, known for her outspoken views, has strongly criticised former national cricket team all-rounder Imad Wasim over his recent second marriage, openly siding with his former wife.

Taking to the photo and video-sharing platform Instagram, Mishi Khan shared a video in which she expressed anger over the cricketer’s actions and questioned the message being sent to society.

In her video statement, Mishi Khan voiced support for Sania Ashfaq, asking whether deception had become normalised and whether marrying after alleged betrayal was no longer considered wrong.

Several social media users praised the actress for speaking openly about alleged infidelity and marital issues, applauding her for taking a clear stance on a sensitive matter.

Meanwhile, after confirmation of the marriage between Imad Wasim and Naila Raja surfaced on social media, actress Hira Khan also reacted publicly. Commenting on Naila Raja’s post, Hira Khan criticised the influencer, remarking, “How shameless.”

It is worth noting that Imad Wasim announced his second marriage earlier this week to Naila Raja, just two months after his divorce from Sania Ashfaq became public.

Sania Ashfaq has accused the cricketer of betrayal during 2023, including allegations that he was unfaithful during her miscarriage and while she was pregnant with their third child.

In response to the controversy, Naila Raja shared a post on social media stating that a second chance is not merely a test but can sometimes be a blessing from God. She also urged people not to prolong or escalate the matter further.

The issue continues to trend on social media, with strong reactions from both entertainment and sports circles and divided public opinion.
