Mobland Season 2 Release Date: When will new season drop? Here’s everything we know so far

MobLand is an upcoming crime drama with high expectations on a global OTT platform. A gritty, high-octane account of the London underworld is provided via the self-described “ruthless” Harrigan crime family and their fixer, Harry Da Souza. After the success of Season One (2025), both in terms of viewers and brutal story lines, the audience is looking forward to Season Two, where double-crossing, explosive power struggles, shifting alliances, and Guy Ritchie chaos will continue to increase in number and intensity.

MobLand has been renewed for Season 2 by Paramount+ after the first season, which aired from March through June 2025, performed very well during its run.

Paramount has not given an exact date for when the second season will come to fruition, but has stated that the second season will be out in 2026. This is confirmed in early 2026, when promotional material began to surface that clearly indicated MobLand was on the list of returning shows in 2026.

Season 2 production began in late 2025, and filming in London has been reported to be ongoing. Considering the time frame of Season 1, which was filmed in late 2024 and released early in 2025, it is logical to assume a release could occur sometime in 2026 for Season 2.

Although still unconfirmed, it appears there is some industry speculation that Season 2 could be released sometime in mid-2026 if the post-production process goes well. There is currently no confirmation from Paramount on a specific month or date, so anything beyond “2026” should be taken with a grain of salt.

MobLand Season 2 Potential Story

At this time, no official synopsis for Season 2 of Paramount+ exists.

Season two should play out immediately after season one ended, and the balance of power between the rival crime families in London is uncertain. The story follows Harry Da Souza as a fixer while he tries to deal with increased violence, family loyalties being torn apart, and new alliances that are being formed within the Harrigan crime family.

Storylines that are expected to be developed from season 1 include the consequences of decisions made by members of the Harrigan family, fallout from unresolved issues introduced in season one. The relationship between gangs and political entities continues to become more intertwined.

It is expected to see several episodes similar to season one (around 10), but there has been no formal announcement from Paramount+.
