Big step of Modi government in the winter session of Parliament, bill will be presented to change banking laws

New Delhi : Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce the Banking Laws (Amendment) Bill in the winter session of Parliament on Monday, November 25, which aims to amend the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 as well as the Banking Regulation Act, State Bank of India Act and other bills . The Finance Minister will also introduce bills to amend the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980.

According to the Lok Sabha agenda, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will introduce the Railways (Amendment) Bill to amend the Railways Act, 1989, which will be considered. Jayant Chaudhary, Minister of State in the Ministry of Education along with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) on the implementation of Skill Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion (SANKALP) Project related to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship on Labor, Textiles and Skill Development Will make a statement on the status of implementation of the recommendations contained in the 56th Report of the Standing Committee.

The list says, “This House recommends to the Rajya Sabha that the Rajya Sabha agree to co-opt one member from among its members with the Other Backward Classes Welfare Committee for the remaining term of the Committee which is 29.08.2024 Will replace Bidha Mastan Rao Yadav, who resigned from the Rajya Sabha from 2015 and inform this House of the name of the member so elected to the committee.”

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will present proposal for election of two members for IIT Council.
