Modi government failed to predict the worsening situation – Pramod Tiwari

Deputy Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Pramod Tiwari on Wednesday strongly criticized the Modi government over the crisis arising within the country in view of the situation in West Asia. He said that the Modi government is completely indifferent to the shortage of LPG in the country and the outcry over diesel and petrol.

MP Pramod Tiwari said that the way people are suffering in the transport and petroleum sectors is indicative of the immaturity of the Modi government. He said that it is worrying that even hotels and restaurants are on the verge of closure. At the same time, he has also put the Modi government in the dock regarding the sudden increase in Air India ticket prices. He said that the statement of Union Minister Piyush Goyal is beyond the truth.

MP Pramod Tiwari said that the country is in crisis and in such a situation, instead of standing with the people, this government is giving freedom to Air India to loot and earn money. He has also termed the statements and claims of the Union Cabinet regarding the current situation as contradictory. MP Pramod Tiwari said that the silence of the Prime Minister even in the situation of war in West Asia is mysterious.
