Mahila Congress president Alka Lamba said in a press conference at the party headquarters that under pressure from America, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has compromised with the interests of the country. He said that there is a crisis of LPG across the country. Under the Modi government, not only the price of LPG was increased, but people were also made to stand in queues with empty gas cylinders when they were hungry and thirsty.

But news is coming from all over the country that there is a shortage of LPG cylinders everywhere. The entire country is in the grip of this shortage. The day the prices of LPG cylinders were increased, we went to meet Hardeep Puri, but he refused to meet, but we did not stop, we raised our voice. The result was that an FIR was registered against us for raising the voice of the public.

Mahila Congress President said that today the statement of the White House Press Secretary is going viral, she said that ‘We forbade India to take oil from Russia and India did the same. Now we have given them permission to take oil from Russia for one month. It is clearly visible that Compromised Narendra Modi has ‘surrendered’ to Trump and has ruined the honor of the country.

We will not tolerate this, will continue to raise our voice against this and protest. Yesterday our Mahila Congress officials were taken to the police station and made to sit till 6-8 pm. When I tried to talk, we were told to stop the PM is compromised campaign and do not protest in front of Hardeep Puri’s house. We want to tell that if anything goes wrong in the country, we will protest under democratic rights. You can harass us as much as you want, but we will not stop.
